Who this is for

People who keep cash or cash-equivalent envelopes across several purposes — rent buffer, medical hold, travel reserve, gift fund — and want one board that shows every wallet at a glance. You do not need prior budgeting experience. You do need to bring a rough sense of what you already set aside.

What you leave with

A completed allocation board on sturdy paper or board stock you keep. Each wallet column lists purpose, current amount, target amount, and last update. We also leave a one-page habit note: when to count, when to move cash between wallets, and what not to erase.

Included

  • Intake conversation covering existing envelopes, jars, or desk drawers used as wallets
  • Draft grid with wallet labels you approve before ink
  • Written targets for long-term reserves versus short float
  • Photo of the finished board emailed only if you request it
  • Thirty days of email clarification on board updates (not ongoing coaching)

Not included

  • Investment advice, insurance products, or banking recommendations
  • Ongoing monthly management of your cash
  • Printed labels beyond the board itself
  • Travel outside Kowloon without a separately agreed visit fee

How the sitting runs

  1. Listen — we list every wallet you already use, including informal ones.
  2. Sort — we group overlapping purposes and retire labels that fight each other.
  3. Draw — we build the board columns and set reserve lines you can see without opening a phone.
  4. Practice — you update one column with today’s count so the habit starts in the room.

Preparation

Bring approximate balances for each wallet (exact notes are welcome; round numbers are fine). If two people share finances, both should attend or send written veto rules in advance.
