These terms govern your use of https://integrateclouds.digital and enquiries for sessions offered by Integrate Clouds Digital (“we”, “us”). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or request sessions. We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Who we are

3. Sessions and informational pricing
Session descriptions and rates on this site are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing (email is sufficient) and, where required, a deposit is received. We do not process online payments through this website.
4. No financial product advice
Our work concerns physical allocation boards and cash-wallet organisation. We do not provide regulated investment advice, insurance mediation, banking services, or tax advice. Decisions about financial products remain yours alone.
5. Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and graphics are owned by Integrate Clouds Digital or used under licence. You may not copy board templates we create for other clients. Boards produced in your session are yours to keep and update.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site (attempted intrusion, scraping that impairs service, or submitting abusive content via forms). We may refuse or cancel sessions if behaviour in the studio is threatening or repeatedly disruptive.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from decisions you make after a session. Our aggregate liability connected to any session is limited to the fees you paid for that session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our sessions, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
